Em vez de tentar \u201csalvar o dia\u201d com produtividade for\u00e7ada, o objetivo \u00e9 restaurar controlo m\u00ednimo funcional.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"341\" data-end=\"448\">Abaixo est\u00e1 um protocolo curto, baseado em princ\u00edpios de regula\u00e7\u00e3o de aten\u00e7\u00e3o e redu\u00e7\u00e3o de carga cognitiva.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"453\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"499\"><strong data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"499\">1. Reduzir ru\u00eddo fisiol\u00f3gico (1\u20132 minutos)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1061\">O estado mental depende diretamente do estado corporal.
