Em termos cognitivos, trata-se de um estado de sobrecarga executiva: a aten\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 fragmentada, a mem\u00f3ria de trabalho est\u00e1 saturada e o c\u00e9rebro perde a capacidade de priorizar de forma est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"493\">O objetivo destes 10 minutos n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201crecuperar o dia inteiro\u201d, mas restaurar controlo m\u00ednimo: clareza do pr\u00f3ximo passo, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de ru\u00eddo mental e estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do foco.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"670\">Este m\u00e9todo funciona em qualquer contexto em Portugal \u2014 seja trabalho remoto, ambiente urbano ou rotina dom\u00e9stica \u2014 porque atua diretamente nos mecanismos de aten\u00e7\u00e3o e stress.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"675\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1hce6fr\" data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"725\">1.
